A portable ventilator prototype. Proof that we build medical device hardware, where every connection has to be right the first time.
A portable ventilator is a control problem, a power problem, and a safety problem at once. Sensing, actuation, alarms, and power all have to work together, and the design has to be traceable.
This build is the reason medical device teams talk to us. The system was laid out and validated in Protoboard so that the constraints between subsystems were checked before a single board was ordered.
